  • Resend (United States) — email delivery service, used to process contact form submissions.
  • Vercel (United States) — website hosting and server infrastructure.

Both providers are based in the United States. Data transfers to the US are protected by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and/or Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) in accordance with GDPR requirements. These providers process data on our behalf under data processing agreements.

5. Data Retention

We retain contact form submissions for up to 12 months after your inquiry has been resolved. If your inquiry leads to a client engagement, relevant data will be retained in accordance with Dutch fiscal obligations (7 years). Server logs are retained according to our hosting provider’s policies.

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

  • Rectification — request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Erasure — request deletion of your personal data.
  • Restriction — request that we limit how we use your data.
