How Every Project Works

Same structure every time. You always know what is happening and what is next.

01
Week 1

Understand the Problem

Free 30-minute call first. You explain what you need, I tell you honestly if I can help.

If it is a fit, I spend the first week learning your business, your audience, and your goals. I study your competitors and identify what makes your situation unique.

By the end of the week, you have a project brief with scope, timeline, and a fixed-price proposal. No surprises.

What You Get

  • Project brief with scope definition
  • Timeline with weekly milestones
  • Fixed-price proposal
02
Weeks 2-3

Design the Solution

I start with references and a direction you and I agree on together. No designing in a vacuum.

You see real design options with clear reasoning for each. You pick a direction and I refine it through two rounds until every detail is right.

You are involved at every step. Nothing is a surprise.

What You Get

  • Complete design for mobile and desktop
  • Brand guidelines or design system
  • Interactive prototype for key screens
03
Weeks 3-6

Build It

You see working progress every two weeks. Not slides or mockups, actual working software you can click through and test.

I build for real conditions: slow connections, older phones, screen readers, someone who has never seen your product before.

Every page loads fast. Every interaction feels responsive. I test on real devices and real browsers.

What You Get

  • Working product on a staging site
  • Source code with documentation
  • Performance and accessibility audit
04
Week 6-7

Ship It

Launch is not a handoff. I handle deployment, domain setup, and final checks.

I verify everything works across devices and browsers. I set up visitor tracking so you know what is working.

I go through a launch checklist with you. No surprises on go-live day.

What You Get

  • Production deployment
  • Visitor tracking setup
  • Launch verification checklist
05
2 weeks after launch

Stay Available

Every project includes 2 weeks of post-launch support. Bug fixes, small adjustments, questions about how things work.

After that, I offer ongoing maintenance or a clean handoff. Full documentation, source code, and a walkthrough so anyone can pick it up.

No retainer lock-in. If you need me six months later, I am here.

What You Get

  • 2 weeks of post-launch support
  • Full documentation and source code
  • Optional ongoing maintenance
Typical Timeline

4-12 weeks

Most websites ship in 4-6 weeks. Apps take 8-12. Brand identity in 1-2. You get an exact timeline after the first call.

Process Questions

How I work with you, day to day.

I tell you as soon as I see it coming. I walk you through the impact on timeline and cost, you agree on the adjusted scope, and I keep moving. No penalties, no drama.

Design phases include 2 rounds of revisions. During the build phase, feedback is continuous. You see working software every two weeks and I adjust as I go.

Yes. You get access to a staging site from week one of the build. Every two weeks I walk you through what is new and what is next.

Any existing brand assets, your content (text and images), and roughly 2-3 hours per week for feedback and decisions. I handle everything else.
